How to Use the Bike Pump Track
The pump track is designed so that riders do not need to pedal. Riders stand and use their legs and upper body to propel their bikes around the track. Riders should use their body weight to rise up over the rollers (hills) and then push down on the other side to gather speed and roll around the berms (banked curves). Bikes with smooth tires, stiff or no rear suspension, and lowered seats are recommended for the best feel on the track.
Please circulate counterclockwise through both the beginner and more difficult pump track courses.
A timing device has been installed on this pump track. To record your times and see an all-time leaderboard for the fastest laps recorded on this track, download the Vorld app.
